Alright so this afternoon I cruising around my Facebook news feed and I noticed that Hillary Clinton was trending and being a supporter of women in politics, I clicked on it. Turns out she is running for the Presidency. I’m not going to lie my first reaction was “Go Hillary!” I think it would be pretty freaking awesome to see a female president.
So stupidly I kept clicking around the internet and landed on a post on mashable.com. Turns out people are extremely concerned with her campaign logo. Yes, that’s right her logo.
Now I’m no graphic designer here but it’s a logo people. Isn’t the campaign platform and what she is planning on doing for American’s slightly more important? I could totally be wrong on that one but it just seems silly to me that everyone needs to attack her logo…
I mean I’m just a silly Canadian so what the hell do I know, right? I still think its annoying that everyone needs to care more about whether or not she wore make-up to the grocery store than what she’s doing as Secretary of State. So I guess that makes me old fashion *she said sarcastically*.
I think everyone should grow up and find more important things to talk about on the internet then a logo. Like for example the fact that she has a pretty sick announcement video or I don’t know maybe the fact that a FEMALE IS RUNNING FOR PRESIDENT. Call me crazy but I think that is pretty important and very very awesome.
